We copy fees, passes and alerts from National Park Service data and label each block with the date we checked it (Oct 26, 2026 for the current dataset). That date matters.
Things that go out of date
- Fees and passes change, sometimes by season, and sometimes on short notice.
- Alerts and closures change by the hour. A road, trail or entrance may be closed even if our page says nothing.
- Reservations and timed entry rules vary by park and year. Confirm on the park’s page and on Recreation.gov.
- Visits by month describe a past year. They show a pattern, not a forecast.
Things we cannot know
- Whether a particular tour is good value, safe, or available on your dates.
- Your fuel, parking and time costs. The calculators use what you type.
- Whether the NPS has fixed an error in its own data after we copied it.
Our rule
If a number has no source and a date, we do not publish it. If you think one of ours is wrong, tell us at contact@tourordiy.com and we will check it against the official source.
