What the pass covers. One private vehicle fee, or four per-person fees, at federal fee sites. It does not cover separate reservation, parking, shuttle, tour, camping or timed-entry fees, so those are left out on both sides. Source: nps.gov passes, checked Oct 26, 2026. The non-resident fee is $100 per person aged 16+ at 11 parks, and the standard pass does not cover it for non-US residents.
